When you use KitDeck, we collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, and media kit content. When you connect social media accounts, we collect your public profile information and statistics (follower count, engagement metrics, etc.).
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, display your statistics in media kits, generate analytics insights, and communicate with you about your account.
When you connect platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or Twitter/X, we access only the data you authorize through OAuth. This includes public profile information and statistics. We encrypt all access tokens at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. You can disconnect any platform at any time, which immediately removes the stored tokens.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase (PostgreSQL) for data storage and encrypt sensitive credentials. We do not store your social media passwords.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (hosting, payment processing).
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can disconnect social accounts, delete media kits, or delete your entire account from the settings page.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service.
