We want you to be completely satisfied with KitDeck. If you're not happy with your subscription, we offer a straightforward refund policy.
If you are unsatisfied with your paid subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
To request a refund, contact us at support@kit-deck.com with your account email and the reason for your request. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.
After the 14-day period, refunds are not available for the current billing cycle. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Once cancelled, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period.
If you downgrade your plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your current plan's features until then.
The free plan does not require payment and is not subject to this refund policy. You can use the free plan indefinitely at no cost.
