KitDeck is a creator platform that helps content creators build media kits, track analytics, manage brand deals, and sync social media statistics for professional collaboration purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
KitDeck connects to third-party social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X) to sync publicly available statistics. By connecting your accounts, you authorize KitDeck to access your public profile information and statistics. You may disconnect any integration at any time from your settings.
We collect and store only the data necessary to provide the Service, including your profile information, social media statistics, and media kit content. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: violating any laws, infringing intellectual property rights, distributing malware, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled in accordance with our payment processor's policies.
KitDeck is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
